Baked Apple with Cinnamon

“An Apple a day keeps the doctor away.”

Fruits are one of the best options if you want to eat healthy and sweet. One can’t be having fruit every time, you need variety. Apple pie seems healthy but with the amount of sugar it has, it isn’t as healthy we thought it is.

Take an apple, bake it for about 40 minutes or until they are tender when poked with a fork. After that cut into half, coat it with greek yogurt & dash of cinnamon powder. Here, your delicious baked apple is ready!

This way you’ll consume a delightful fruit & the goodness of cinnamon make it better.

It can be really tough to commit to eating healthy when you have a sweet tooth. It seems like everything sweet is full of sugar and cream, but if we look around for better options we can make healthy choices and eat sweets too!
